I don’t know if mom has it still. \u00a0The last time I remember seeing it, it was covered in cooking oil, and flour.<\/p>\n
I have been making it for so long now, I make it out of my head. \u00a0Hopeful my guesstimates are correct.<\/p>\n
I remember making this by remember there are \u00a04 wet ingredients and 4 dry.<\/p>\n
2 1\/2 cups of Flour<\/strong> 2 1\/2 of Milk<\/strong> I first mix the dry ingredients, together. \u00a0making a small bowl in the middle for the wet to be added.<\/em><\/p>\n In a separate bowl, I scramble the eggs, then milk, vanilla, and oil.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n Mix into the dry ingredients until you see a ribbon form in the batter add milk if too thick.<\/em><\/p>\n Prewarm frying pan, with cooking oil on medium. \u00a0Warm make a test pancake in pan. For some reason my first pancake always turns out badly. (oddly someone always eats it)<\/em><\/p>\n Pour batter in to pan ( I use a large cooking spoonful.) \u00a0Look for bubbles throughout the pancake, (mainly at the edges.) before turning. \u00a0flip.<\/em><\/p>\n Serve,<\/p>\n Mom used to serve it with butter, and Syrup!<\/p>\n Enjoy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Mom, used to make these, when we were little. \u00a0When I finally found the recipe in her cookbook, we started to make them for her.
